Draft Code Available
for Public Review

The first draft of Berkeley Lake’s new Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) is now available for public review and comment. The UDO combines zoning, subdivision, environmental protection, and other development-related regulations into a single, user-friendly document.

To encourage public participation, we have created an interactive library where residents, property owners, business owners, and other stakeholders can review the draft and submit comments before it is finalized.
